I believe in two things:
1. Companies should do right by people and the planet
2. Work doesn’t have to suck.

As such, I do work that improves customer experience, employee experience, or both (ideally). Those projects don't fit neatly inside an org chart, so my skill set includes brand and culture strategy, inbound marketing, content strategy, UX design and service design. I also dabble in workshop design and facilitation.

I'm an academic at heart; a deep-seated desire to understand human experience fuels my work. I am fascinated by what work, leisure and everyday life mean today to normal, everyday people. I keep a close eye on trends in work and leisure to find inspiration and guide my own expertise.
